We have combined our online sales training platform with a face-to-face component where you get to learn from an experienced salesperson the nuance of selling in the field, developed over many years of selling products and services to all sorts of people in all sorts of situations.

Who is it for?

These face-to-face courses are designed for those new to selling, or those that have existing skill sets that may need tweaking or refining. We would encourage individuals to attend, not sales groups from the one organisation. This variation of attendees will give us a varied cross pollination of different ideas and aspects when selling.

What is Course structure:

  • Each course runs over 4 consecutive weeks, courses are held on a Monday to Friday basis, either in the morning from 9am till 12 noon or in the afternoon from 1pm till 4 pm.
  • This allows you to block out that time in advance to rearrange your schedule.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before start time to grab a coffee and settle in.

When are courses held.

  • Selected days are dependent on availability, we have limited attendees per course, so book early!

Where are courses held:

  • Courses are held in Bendigo in a modern training room with all facilities.
  • Morning and Afternoon tea is provided during a short break where you can catch up on any phone calls if required.

How is the format designed:

  • The format follows the idea of Cumulative learning which is the gradual development of knowledge over time.
  • Each week over 4 weeks we cover new ground, while we also revise the previous weeks ideas, this enables participants to practice techniques applied in the marketplace to see what works for them.
  • Content will be a mixture of videos, written material, interactive elements as well as various role play activities.
